We love Arcimotos! They are fun and environmentally responsible. Want one? Friends or family want one? Great! How are they insured?

Agoff Insurance Solutions has put in years of research and collaboration with Arcimoto to ensure your insurance policy is appropriate for this exciting new vehicle type. Arcimotos are unique – they have three wheels, unlike motorcycles or cars. Sharaya realized that policies were being written as motorcycles, which can cause issues if there is a claim. Arcimotos are not motorcycles but they’re not quite cars either. We have tailored a policy just for you and your Arcimoto.

Want full coverage? Liability? Not sure? Let us help you customize a policy that is right for you and your driving habits. We want to be sure you drive away with coverage that will protect you and your specific vehicle. We don’t want you to have a claim and find out it’s not covered because the policy was incorrectly written.

Many decisions you make now will impact how much you pay for your insurance and there are things you can do or keep in mind to help make that cost as low as possible.

Driving Record- Perhaps the most impactful factor is working hard to be a safe and cautious driver.

Earn or Add Forgiveness – Because mistakes happen and insurance prices increase if you get a ticket or are in an accident, and often even if you did not cause the accident, it can be immensely beneficial to be with a company that offers accident forgiveness.

Credit- Yes, credit scores factor into your insurance costs for many states, but not all. It is statistically true that those who have higher credit scores have less claims. Since insurance is paying for the potential of an accident, those with lower credit scores tend to have higher rates.

Re-rate – Been with the same company for a long time and improved your credit? Ask for a re-rate to find out if a better rate applies. In some companies or states, if your credit has decreased, your rate can go up, but some companies or states will only decrease your premium or keep it the same. It’s good to check first just in case.

Deductibles- Increasing your deductibles can reduce your rates. It is important to keep in mind that in the case of an approved claim, you will be responsible for the deductible amount before anything else is paid, so the amount of your deductible should be an amount you can afford. Be sure to go over your deductibles with your agent to find this balance.

Bundle- Bundle, bundle, bundle! Whether it is adding a home or renters policy or bundling items like life insurance, umbrella coverage, travel trailers, etc., often the more you bundle the larger the bundling discount. If you have your auto coverage with one company and your home or renters with another, it is likely you are missing out on savings.

Discounts- Early shopper? Present or past active-duty military? One-payment policy? There are so many discount options – check with us to get them added to your policy!

Keep the following tips in mind while considering your next vehicle purchase.

Early shopper? Got a head-start? If we can set up your policy a week in advance of your purchase, a lifetime discount will be applied.

Potential Insurance Premium Certain vehicle types are more expensive than others to insure. As an example, older trucks and vans might have a lower up-front cost to purchase, but insuring these vehicles may be surprisingly costly. Keep in mind the damage your vehicle can do to another, less sturdy and more expensive vehicle.

Coverages Want towing coverage? Glass replacement? A rideshare endorsement? New Car Replacement (for brand new vehicles)
